Account Registration & Eligibility

To play on OKPlay PH, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

Each player is allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on OKPlay PH are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Filipino players:

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. OKPlay PH does not charge internal transaction fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Any funds sent from an unverified or third-party source will be reversed, and the account flagged for review. OKPlay PH reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving a withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

OKPlay PH regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All promotional offers are governed by these terms and conditions alongside any specific terms published with each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following general bonus rules:

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Security

OKPlay PH cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in any investigation of prohibited conduct. Funds held in suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on OKPlay PH — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game software, and site design — is the intellectual property of OKPlay PH or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any OKPlay PH content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or content is a violation of intellectual property law and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

OKPlay PH provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. OKPlay PH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform.
• Technical errors or delays in game software.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Loss of data or any other damages beyond our reasonable control.

In any event, OKPlay PH's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.

OKPlay PH also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of verified fraud, breach of these terms, or regulatory requirement.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your OKPlay PH experience, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. All complaints must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the relevant incident. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

OKPlay PH strives to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate to the relevant gaming regulatory body in accordance with Philippine law. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
